Return Policy
If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return it for a refund. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
Return Process:
- Contact Customer Support: Email us at support@dylanauto.com to obtain a return authorization number and instructions.
- Ship the Return: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process your refund. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take some time to reflect in your account.
Refund Policy
We accept refund requests under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Poor-Quality Printed Item: If the item is defective or has poor printing quality, we will offer a replacement or refund.
- Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an incorrect product, we will send you the correct item.
- Wrong Size Shipped: If the size you receive is different from what you ordered, we will send the correct size.
- Item Not Received: If you do not receive your order within 30 days (US orders) or 60 days (international orders), you are eligible for a refund.
- Once a go-back is permitted and the object is obtained in its authentic condition, we are able to process your refund within 7-10 commercial enterprise days. The refunded quantity might be credited back to your authentic charge method.
Unaccepted Cases for Refund/Resent:
- The customer orders the wrong size (please refer to our size chart before purchasing).
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
- Order modifications or address changes after the product has been printed and shipped.
- The customer returns the product without contacting customer service.
- The product has been washed or worn, or more than 7 days have passed since delivery.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
You may modify or cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service. After this window, the order enters production and cannot be changed.
Damaged or Incorrect Order Resolution
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@dylanauto.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund promptly.
